IF YOU ARE PAYING IN CASH:

Please ensure payment upon delivery/pickup to receive your product promptly. Failure to pay at the time of delivery/pickup will result in the inability to take your item with you. If payment is not received within 24 hours of the due date, your item will be relisted for sale online. Thank you for your understanding.

COLORS OF PRODUCTS:

Colors may appear slightly different in person and on the website. Names may vary in size based on the number of letters in the name and choice of font style (this only applies to personalized items only).

CARE INSTRUCTIONS: FOR THE GLASS CUPS

• HAND WASH ONLY 

• NO soaking or scrubbing

• DON'T freeze

• NOT dishwasher or microwave safe

• AVOID extreme heat!

Hand wash with care, especially around vinyl to ensure longevity (air dry/lightly towel dry is recommended)

Bamboo lids, make sure they dry quickly after washing to avoid molding (towel drying is recommended)

CARE INSTRUCTIONS: CLOTHING

• Turn item inside out

• Machine wash cold

• Do not iron design

• Do not dry clean

• Do not bleach

• Hang to dry preferred

• Dryer on low heat

Returns or exchanges are not accepted for all personalized and customized items. If you have issues or concerns with your order, please notify me within 48 hours of delivery.

If you experience damaged/peeling vinyl during shipment, you'll be asked to ship glass back to seller for vinyl replacement.

Only damaged items during shipping will be available for replacement (proof needed from postal service for confirmation). Cracking or shattering from dropping, freezing, extreme heat, dishwasher use, or microwave use is NOT covered for replacement. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out.

We are unable to change the address once the order has shipped, so please double check all shipping and billing information before placing your order.
