Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because all items at AC Impressions are handmade and made-to-order based on your selected size, color, style, and design, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. Please review all details carefully before ordering.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of:
 • the item
 • the issue
 • the packaging + shipping label
 We will replace the item if the error was ours.

Can I exchange for a different size?

Accepted Answer

No. Because each item is made to order, we cannot remake or exchange items for sizing issues.
 Please refer to the size charts provided.

How long does processing take?

Processing times vary:
 • Apparel: 3–7 business days
 • Holiday/Seasonal: 5–10 business days
 • Custom apparel: 5–14 business days
 Processing begins after your order is placed.

Most orders ship via USPS and take 3–5 business days after processing.

What if my package is lost or delayed?

Once handed to USPS, AC Impressions is not responsible for lost or delayed packages.
 Please contact USPS with your tracking number.

Do colors vary by size or manufacturer?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Shirt colors may vary slightly depending on size, brand availability, and manufacturer dye lots. Some colors are not offered in all sizes, especially youth sizing. In these cases, we will offer the closest available color or size equivalent and confirm with you before production.
Minor color variations are normal and are not considered defects.
