By placing an order with AC Impressions, you agree to the following terms: 1. Payment Terms Payment is due upon receipt unless otherwise outlined in writing. A 5% late fee applies to balances unpaid after 10 days, with an additional 10% fee applied for every subsequent 7 days of non-payment. 2. All Sales Final Because all products and services are custom-made to order, all sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or cancellations are accepted. 3. Custom Artwork & Files Any design/setup fee covers creation and preparation of the design file. Completed artwork will be stored by AC Impressions Design for future reorders or modifications. 4. Order Confirmation Payment confirms acceptance of the completed order and authorizes pickup or delivery. 5. Usage Rights Upon full payment, the client is granted permission to use the final deliverable — whether digital or physical — for personal or commercial use as applicable. 6. Design Rights & Portfolio Use AC Impressions Design retains ownership of all original design work unless rights are transferred via a separate written agreement. AC Impressions reserves the right to display completed work in portfolios, marketing materials, and social media unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
